Epithelially lined fistulas located in the anal area.

Incomplete fistula duct: duct ends blind.

Complete fistula duct: duct ends in an organ (e.g. bladder or intestinal section)

 

Divided into parks:

  • Subcutaneous fistula
  • Submucosal fistula
  • Intersphincter fistula
  • Transphincter fistula
  • Suprasphincter Fistula
  • Extrasphincter Fistula
  • Rectoorganic fistula.

Fistula Patients often report secretion, incontinence, pruritus. Anal eczema can develop in the course of the disease.

Very good after surgical therapy.

Surgical therapy is the therapy of choice.

In acute superinfection, antibiotics can be prescribed for a short time.
