Erythema arthriticum epidemicum, Haverhill-Fieber, Bakterien-Rattenbisskrankheit, Sodoku.

Durch Streptobacillus moniliformis, einem gramnegativen, pleomorphen Bazillus ausgelöste Infektion.

  • In Mitteleuropa seltene Erkrankung.
  • In Asien häufiger anzutreffen.

  • Auslöser sind ein Rattenbiss oder verunreinigte Nahrungsmittel.
  • Erreger: Streptobacillus moniliformis oder Spirillum minus (Spirillen-Rattenbissfieber).
  • Inkubationszeit: 1–5 Tage.

  • Reduzierter Allgemeinzustand, febrile Temperaturen, Schüttelfrost, Cephalgien, Myalgien und gastrointestinale Symptomen.
  • Nach bis zu 3 Tagen kommt es zum Auftreten eines makulopapulöses Exanthems an den Extremitäten und palmoplantar. Auch Petechien zu sehen sein.

  • Reiseanamnese.
  • Klinik.
  • Blutkulturen.
  • CAVE: Die Lues-Serologie kann falsch-positiv.
