Doppellippe, Blepharochalase, Struma (10-50%). 

Pädiatrisches Dysmorphiesyndrom, sehr selten. 

Rezidivierende Schwellungen der Lippen und Oberlider. Es entsteht eine sogenannte Doppellippe durch eine spezielle Querfalte (Oberlippe > Unterlippe). Zudem Blepharochalase wg. Prolaps des subkutanen Fettgewebes der Orbita, sowie Drüsenanteile.
