Papulonecrotic tuberculid, Tuberculosis cutis papulonecrotica.

Hypererge Reaktion auf Tuberkelantigene.

Insbesondere sind weibliche Teenager und junge Damen betroffen.

Möglicherweise besteht eine Typ-III Reaktion (Arthus-Reaktion) der kleinen Gefäße.

  • Erythematöse bis blaue Papeln und Knötchen, welche teils zentral nekrotisieren. Im Verlauf kommt es zu einer narbigen Abheilung mit dezenter Ulzeration (ulzeröse Tuberkulide).

  • Klinik.
  • Hypererge Reaktion auf Tuberkulin.

  • Streckseiten aller Extremitäten und gluteal.

Nekrose mit tuberkuloiden Strukturen in der Umgebung von thrombotisch okkludierten Gefäßen.
