Acneiform lesions appearing in infants (M > F) between 3-6 months of age.
- Possibly testosterone release from the gonads.
Papules, pustules, comedones, partly also inflammatory nodules.
- Clinical appearance.
No therapy needed.
In persistent cases, topical treatment, as in adults:
- Benzoyl peroxide
If there is persistence of findings with topical therapy:
- Erythromycin 2x 125 mg p.o.
