Drug-induced acne without formation of comedones.

Drugs such as:

  • EGF receptor drugs (e.g. Cetuximuab)
  • Lithium
  • Phenobarbiturates
  • Vitamin B 
  • Glucocorticoids

Pustules and papules.

Medical history (Medication).

Clinical features.

Biopsy.

Diff. BB, liver and kidney values (for exanthema e.g. of an AGEP).

 

Taking medication?

If necessary, discontinuation of the medication, but this is not always absolutely necessary (EGFR).

Elocom cream 1x daily.
