Double lip, blepharochalase, goiter (10-50%).

Paediatric dysmorphic syndrome, very rare.

Recurrent swelling of the lips and upper eyelids. A so-called double lip develops due to a special transverse fold (upper lip > lower lip). In addition, blepharochalasis due to prolapse of the subcutaneous fatty tissue of the orbit, as well as glandular parts.

Clinical manifestation.

Eyelids, lips.
