Trigger:
- Cold
- Pituitary dysregulation
First there is a whitish (hypoxia), then bluish (cyanosis), reddish discolouration (hyperaemia)

Nifedipine 30-180 mg p.o. daily
Amlodipine 5-20 mg p.o. diurnally
