Sehr aggressives, kutanes Lymphom, welches durch eine Proliferation γ/δ+ zytotoxischer Zellen gekennzeichnet ist.

• Extremitäten-betonte, disseminierte, ulzerierte Knoten
• Schleimhautbefall möglich
• Es kommen sowohl subkutane, als auch epidermotrope Formen vor
• Gehäuft bei Organ-Transplantierten, bei Patienten mit M. Hodgkin oder Lupus erythematodes in der Anamnese

  • BSG/CRP, Diff.-BB (Leukozytose, rel. Lymphozytose), Leber- und Nierenwerte, LDH, Elektrolyte.
  • FACS-Analyse, CD4/CD8 Ratio, Bestimmung der CD4+CD7- Zellen
  • Ggf. Immunelektrophorese
  • Ggf. HTLV-Serologie
  • Ggf. Borrelienserologie
• Biopsie
  • Dermatopathologie
  • Immunhistologie:  CD3+, CD4-, CD8+/-, CD56+
  • Molekularbiologisch: Klonales Rearrangment von T-Zell-Rezeptor-( γ/δ)Genen.

• Mittlere Überlebenszeit: 15 Monate
