Seltenes B-Zell-Lymphom.

• Männer = Frauen
• Häufigkeitsgipfel: ≥ 60. J

Aufgrund intravaskulärer Tumorzellinfiltrate kommt es zu einer Okklusion kleinerer Gefässe.

• Im Bereich der Beine und des Unterbauchs zeigen sich wenig charakteristische rötliche, infiltrierte, teils leicht bläuliche, teils ulzerierte Knoten und Plaques.
• ↓ AZ, Fieber, B-Symptomatik, neurologische Ausfallserscheinungen (Demzenz, Seh- und Sprachstörungen).
