Hyperergic (id) reaction to mycoses.

When fungal antigens are resorbed, skin lesions may occur at other sites if the reaction is hyperergic. Symmetrical dyshidrosiform vesicles palmoplantar as well as nodular to multiforme efllorescences on all 4 extremities.
