In the anal region localised epithelial-lined fistulae.

Complete fistula tract: tract ends blindly.

Complete fistula tract: tract ends in an organ (e.g. bladder)

 

Division according to Parks:

  • Subcutaneous fistula
  • Submucosal fistula
  • Intersphincteric fistula
  • Transphincteric fistula
  • Suprasphincteric fistula
  • Extrasphincteric fistula
  • Recto-organic fistula

Fistula tract. Patients often report secretion, incontinence, pruritus. In the course of the disease, anal eczema may develop.

Very good after surgical therapy.

Surgical therapy is the treatment of choice

In acute superinfection, antibiotics may be prescribed for a short time.
