- Subcutaneous fistula
- Submucosal fistula
- Intersphincteric fistula
- Transphincteric fistula
- Suprasphincteric fistula
- Extrasphincteric fistula
- Recto-organic fistula
Fistula tract. Patients often report secretion, incontinence, pruritus. In the course of the disease, anal eczema may develop.
