Pachydermia verticis gyrata
Wrinkled proliferation of scalp.
Primary form: occurs sporadically with no known cause.
Secondary form: In the context of nevi (e.g. sebaeus nerve, epidermal nevus), systemic diseases (e.g.: amyloidosis), of syndromes (Beare-Steneson syndrome), or as a postinflammatory condition.
Finger-thick, elongated folds of skin on the capillitium.
