Contraindications

Pregnancy / lactation; liver dysfunction, alcohol abuse, relative contraindication Active hepatitis

Anamnesis points, selected side effects and measures

Stomatitis, nausea, upper abdominal complaints, diarrhoea, vomiting, transaminase increase -> interruption. Contraception, obtain signature.

Duration of theraphy

2 weeks to years, low maintenance doses possible e.g. 0.5 mg - 1 mg/d
