Radiodermatitis acuta

Akute Röntgendermatitis, akute Strahlendermatitis, akute Radiodermatitis.

Innerhalb von 6-12 Tagen, durch ionisierende Strahlung (α-, β-, γ - Strahlen) ausgelöste Dermatitis.

• Grad I: Erythem
• Grad II: Bläschen und Blasen. Verlust der Behaarung
• Grad III: Ulzera, Gewebsnekrosen

Regelmässige hautfachärztliche Untersuchungen zum Ausschluss einer Neoplasie.

Nicht während der Strahlenexposition (z.B.: erst nach Beendigung der Strahlentherapie).

Grad I & II

• Triclosan Hautwasch Lotion
• Polihexanid Lösung
• Topische Therapie
  • Mometasonfuorat Crème / Lsg. / Salbe
  • Clobetasol Creme 1-2 tgl. (für 1-3 Tage)
  • Gerbstoffe Lsg. (für Handbäder).
  • Iod-Povidon Lösung/ Wundsalbe / Salbengaze

Grad III:

• Stadiengerechte Wundtherapie
• Systemische Therapie
  • Acetylsalicylsäure p.o. 500 mg 3x tgl.
  • Tramadol 20-40 Tropfen tgl.
  • Ibuprofen p.o. 400-800 mg tgl. bei Bedarf.
