Lupus erythematosus hypertrophicus.
Subtype of lupus erythematosus chronicus discoides.
Livid, tumour-like, verrucous, sharply demarcated plaques with a particularly strong tendency to cornification.
Predilection sites face and forearms, décolleté.
Must be distinguished from SCC.
