Kreisrunder, oftmals reversibler, akut einsetzender, nicht vernarbender Haarausfall.
Häufigste Lokalisation ist der Skalp, es kann jedes haartragende Areal betroffen sein. Sehr stark störend für die Patienten ist der Ausfall der Nasenhaare, was zu trockenen Schleimhäuten und Irritation führt.
Persönliche/Familien-Anamnese: Autoimmunerkrankungen, insbes. Schilddrüsenerkrankungen und Vitiligo? Frühere Episoden der A.a.?
Atopie?
Bienenschwarm-artiges lymphozytäres, perifollikulär, manchmal intrabulbäres, angeordnetes Infiltrat mit Follikelinfiltration (Anagenphase). Follikelverkleinerung im Spätstadium. Inverse Anagen/Telogen Ratio.
