Ecthyma terebrans
Ulcera, which are caused by gram-negative bacteria.
Triggers are gram-negative bacteria, especially Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
Singular or multiple sharply demarcated, punched-out ulcers.
Clinic
Bact. smear.
Mostly the legs are affected, but manifestation is possible everywhere.
